Shipping Couriers: To deliver your treats to you, Trap Treatz relies on trusted couriers, including USPS, UPS, and Fed- Ex. Rest assured that we choose the most reliable options for your convenience.

Order Tracking: Once your order has been processed and is ready to embark on its journey to your doorstep, we will promptly send you an email notification. This email will contain essential details, including your tracking number and shipping information, so you can keep tabs on your delivery.

Free Shipping: To sweeten the deal, Trap Treatz offers free shipping for all orders over $49 USD within the USA. Enjoy the convenience of free shipping when you treat yourself to a delightful selection of snacks.

Shipping Rates: we offer a flat rate shipping fee of $4 - $15 USD Depending on capacity of order. You'll see the shipping rates clearly presented to you during the checkout process. 

Temperature Considerations: While we take great care to protect your treats during transit, Trap Treatz does not assume responsibility for any products that may be damaged due to weather conditions. However, your satisfaction is our priority, and we go the extra mile by including ice packs during hot temperatures whenever possible. We kindly ask you to consider the destination's temperature when placing your order to ensure your snacks arrive in perfect condition.

Return Policy

Trap Treatz Candy/Snack Store Return and Exchange Policy

At Trap Treatz, your satisfaction is our top priority, and we strive to provide you with the best candy and snack products. However, for the safety and well-being of our customers, we have specific guidelines for returns and exchanges:

Returns and Exchanges for Candy or Food Items: For health and safety reasons, Trap Treatz does not accept returns or exchanges for any candy or food items. We are committed to maintaining the highest quality standards for our edible products.

Non-Edible Items Return Policy: If you have purchased a non-edible item, you may request a return within 15 days of receiving your item. To be eligible for a return, please ensure that:

  • The item is in the same condition as when you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
  • You provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

Please note that refunds for returned non-edible items will exclude the originally charged shipping costs. Additionally, the return shipping will not be covered by Trap Treatz. All refunds for returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee.

Damaged or Incorrect Items: We take great care in packaging your orders; however, if you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please inspect it upon receipt and contact our Customer Service team immediately. Do not dispose of the product or packaging, as our team may require pictures or proof to evaluate the issue and make it right.

Non-Returnable Items: Certain items cannot be returned, including:

  • Perishable goods such as food products.
  • Custom products, including special orders or personalized items.
  • Personal care goods, such as beauty products.
  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.

Sale Items  Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns for sale items.

Refunds: Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you regarding the approval status of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed automatically on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please keep in mind that your bank or credit card company may require additional time to process and post the refund.
